In Texas in 1836, Tejano's, Anglo settlers, and native tribes united under a single star to win its independence. It took knowledge, experience, perseverance, dedication and determination to overcome those odds.

It is with that same spirit that 1836 SMOKERS was created. With expert craftsman and metal fabricators; along with design ideas from professional pitmasters, competitive barbecue teams and backyard warriors. Designed and built in the center of the Texas barbecue scene in Waxahachie TX.

We bring our passion for Texas BBQ and pair that with over 20 years of fabrication expertise. To bring you a superior product made from 1/4 in US carbon steel leading to more controlled cooks and a pit that withstand the elements and time.
